what can I offer?

A safe space to talk, explore and discover,

a place where every mind matters.

I completed my Person-Centred Counselling Diploma at the University of Highlands and Islands and have been offering counselling since 2021.  I combine my counselling with coaching skills and ensure my service is adaptable to each individual I meet.

A safe space

I will provide you with a safe space where you can freely talk about the things that are holding you back.  Some people will come knowing what they want to talk about, others may not.

I will walk along side you in your journey of healing, discovery and change.  I will truly listen and hear you.  Supporting you to feel your own strength to move forward.

There will be no judgement, but understanding, compassion, and interest in you and your journey.

Strength

Counselling can support your emotional needs, feelings - similar to reaching out to a doctor and asking for help physically, counselling supports our minds.

We are all different with unique experiences in life,  I would like to hear and see through your eyes, your experiences and what makes you - you.

I work with adults, children and young people if you would like to discuss all the services I can offer in more detail, please contact me.
